The following points should be noted when selecting materials:
1. When selecting materials, materials with low hardness and good plasticity are generally selected when strength is guaranteed;
2、High precision cold drawn tubeThe specifications should be selected based on the specifications of the finished product to ensure that the elongation is within a specific range; if the elongation is too small, the strength of the surface of the finished product cannot be guaranteed; if the elongation is too large, it will be difficult to draw;
3. There should be no serious defects such as pits, cracks, cracks, folds, scars, ovals, etc. on the surface of the material;
4. It is better to choose products that have been left for 0.5~2a after hot rolling. The time is too short, and the surface corrosion of high-precision cold-drawn pipes is shallow. The time is too long, and the surface corrosion is too deep. These will lead to insufficient surface pretreatment, thus affecting the surface quality of the finished product.
