Analysis of causes of piston rod oil leakage:
1. Piston rod deformation;
2. The inner lip of the sealing ring is not connected to the surface of the piston rod;
3. The surface coating is damaged during use, resulting in uneven surface;
4. There are scratches on the surface, or it is accidentally bumped or bruised during use;
5. The guide seal groove on the cylinder head or piston rod does not meet the requirements, so the pressure cannot be increased. However, if the compression does not increase, it will slowly reduce the compression and cause oil to come out of the piston rod.

If you find that the seal always has oil leakage problems during use, it is usually caused by the inner lip of the seal ring and the surface of the piston rod not matching together.
